Well being

The children have been thinking about each others well being this week.  They loved having Chewie the dog come to play and said how happy he made them feel.  They also independently made our tree outside into a friendship tree so if anyone was sad they could sit beside it and tell it their problems.

What can it be?

Sox was unable to visit this week so the children had some other special visitors, they had to guess from the clues what they thought it could be.

Some more fantastic home learning this week, it has been lovely to see how much you've enjoyed learning about the rain forest.

Beau enjoyed doing some phonics work on the computer.

And Harvey made a fantastic dressing up shop!

This week has been all about making our friends smile.  We are missing our friends who are staying at home so much that we decided to make them a lovely stone each and a postcard, we have managed to visit seven of our friends this week and look forward to seeing more next week.

Gardening and a special visitor

We have had such a lovey time this week in our 'Sunshine Bubble'.  We have been busy digging, sorting and planting in the well-being garden and can't wait to see how it develops over time.  We also had a special visitor today - Mrs Fiske brought in her kitten Sox, we were very quiet and patient while he explored his new surroundings, we then loved having a play with him!

Elsie did a great job of sowing her sunflower seed, I wonder how big it will get?
Layla took time and care when planting our courgette plants.

Lexie gave her new seed a a good water.

Sox was very playful, we can't wait to see him again!

We have also been working super hard at home, just look at what we've been up to!
Harvey got a very special card from the Avengers, wow!
Beau wrote an amazing story about his super leaves.
Bobby experimented with magnets.
And a band was formed via Zoom!
As always it's so lovely to see what you are getting up to at home, we really do miss you!

Sunshine Bubble and Home Learning

The children that returned to school this week have had a lovely time in our 'Sunshine Bubble'  we have yellow wrist bands to identify ourselves and the children have been fantastic with their new routines.

We just love ladybirds this week so looked at doubling their spots.
Here we are looking after our very own ladybird.  She now has her very own park to play on!

We have been making a lovely sunshine collage for our 'Sunshine Bubble'.
And we've had so much fun making potions with petals, soapy water and food coloring.
At home Beau has made some fantastic Super Leaves, I just love them Beau!
Harvey has made a cosy castle that he can be King of.
And Zachary has been super busy matching words to their initial sounds.
Well done to all of Red Class whether you have been at school or learning from home, we are proud of you all!
